Why Replace on Time?

Worn liners and cracked tubes are the silent killers of milk quality. Don't risk it.

Eliminate Bacteria

Old rubber develops micro-cracks that harbor bacteria. Our smooth-finish liners prevent biofilm buildup and reduce plate counts.

Faster Milking

Slipping liners cause "squawking" and slow down milk let-down. Our mouthpiece design ensures a tight, vacuum-stable seal.

Udder Health

Hard, aged rubber damages teat ends (hyperkeratosis). We provide the optimal elasticity to massage the teat without trauma.

Cold Flexibility

Cheap tubes stiffen in winter, causing kinks and vacuum drops. Our formula remains flexible even at -20°C.

Common Questions

Expert advice on liner life and selection.

01 When should I change my liners?

For rubber liners, the rule is every 2,500 milkings or 6 months, whichever comes first. Silicone liners last longer (approx 5,000 milkings). Overusing liners increases bacteria and slows down milking speed.

02 What is better: Rubber or Silicone?

Rubber is cheaper and has excellent grip, preventing slippage. Silicone is more expensive but lasts 2-3x longer and doesn't crack as easily. We recommend Silicone for high-yield herds.

03 Will these tubes fit my vacuum pump?

Our tubing follows international standards (ISO). Standard milk tubes are 14mm or 16mm ID. Air tubes are 7mm. If you aren't sure, measure the internal diameter of your current tube and let us know.
