Why Commercial Dairies Choose NexAgri

Engineered to eliminate the chaos of herd checks, reduce noise stress, and guarantee every cow receives her ration.

100+

Cows Managed in Minutes

Turn a multi-person cow-catching operation into a one-man job. Lock the entire row with a single lever pull for rapid AI or vaccination protocols.

Safety

Emergency Safety Release

Integrated "Down-Cow" bottom release. If a cow slips, operators can instantly open the lower pivot point, allowing the cow to safely release her head without injury.

85μm

Zinc Coating

Hot-dip galvanized inside and out after the welding process. Withstands highly acidic silage and manure environments for a 20+ year lifespan.

Herd Size Configurations

Select the appropriate head space and panel design based on the age and breed of your herd.

Total Cost of Ownership (TCO) & Planning Guide

Feeding infrastructure pays for itself rapidly by optimizing labor hours and eliminating feed waste caused by herd competition.

1. Labor Savings via Mechanization

Managing herd health without headlocks requires separating cows, chasing them into holding pens, and restraining them individually. With our system, you simply rotate the master control handle to "Arm" mode. As cows come up to eat their fresh ration, they lock themselves in automatically. One operator can then perform vet checks, AI (artificial insemination), or vaccinations on dozens of cows in a fraction of the time.

2. Feed Intake & Competition Reduction

In open feed bunks, dominant cows bully submissive heifers away from the fresh ration. Headlocks guarantee every cow has a designated spot at the feed table, ensuring equal dry matter intake (DMI) across the entire herd and supporting more consistent dry matter intake.

3. Veterinary & Down-Cow Safety

Traditional rigid fences present a severe choking risk if a cow collapses. NexAgri's emergency bottom-release pin allows you to instantly drop the lower bar, enabling the cow to easily slide her head out while lying on the ground, protecting your valuable livestock assets.

Heavy-Duty Dairy Cow Headlocks for Commercial Farms

Expert technical answers to help you plan your feeding lane setup.

Will the cows be afraid to enter the headlocks?
Not at all. Cows quickly associate the headlocks with fresh feed. Because our design uses silent rubber buffers, there is no loud metallic "clanging" noise to startle them. Usually, after 2-3 days of adaptation in the free-access mode, cows enter willingly.
What happens if a cow falls down while locked?
Safety is our priority. Every individual stall features a built-in emergency bottom release mechanism. If a cow slips or goes down, an operator can instantly release the locking arm from the bottom, allowing the cow to pull her head out safely while lying on the ground, preventing any injury.
Can I install these on existing concrete curbs?
Yes. Our headlocks are designed for retrofitting. They come with adjustable mounting clamps that offer a +/- 50mm tolerance. As long as you have a concrete feed wall (curb) or existing support posts (round or square H-beams), we can supply the correct hardware. No on-site welding is required.
Do overseas installations require welding?
No. The entire system utilizes a modular bolt-together design. Welding destroys the hot-dip galvanized layer and causes rapid rusting. Our heavy-duty clamps allow your local farm team to assemble the panels securely using basic hand tools, helping maintain long-term corrosion performance.
