Why Commercial Farmers Trust Our Containers

Protect your milk quality and reduce equipment replacement costs with heavy-duty construction.

Hermetic Seal Security

Triple-lock latch systems compress a thick food-grade silicone ring, guaranteeing zero milk spillage and zero profit loss across bumpy dirt roads.

Bacterial Control

Interior surfaces are mirror-polished to a roughness of Ra < 0.4µm. Seamless TIG welding ensures there are no dead corners for milk scale or bacteria to hide.

Concrete Drop Resistance

Formed from 1.0mm-1.2mm thick SUS304 sheet steel, featuring a heavy-duty reinforced bottom ring designed to withstand daily impacts on concrete parlor floors.

Choose Your Container Type

Select the appropriate lid design based on whether you are transporting milk between locations or collecting it actively under the cow.

Total Cost of Ownership (TCO)

Evaluate why investing in commercial-grade SUS304 hardware protects your supply chain profit margins over time.

1. Avoid the "Cheap 201 Steel" Trap (CapEx Protection)

Many low-cost alternatives use 201 stainless steel or aluminium. These materials degrade rapidly when exposed to acidic milk and harsh alkaline dairy cleaning chemicals, leading to rust and pitting within 12 months.

NexAgri strictly uses non-magnetic SUS304. This guarantees a service lifespan exceeding 10 years, drastically reducing your annual equipment replacement CapEx.

2. Eliminate Transport Spillage Loss (Revenue)

For rural collection networks, milk is often transported via carts or pickups over unpaved roads. Standard push-on lids leak constantly due to vibration, resulting in up to 5% direct milk yield loss per trip.

Our heavy-duty lockable latches compress the silicone seal so tightly that the can remains 100% leak-proof even if tipped completely upside down.

3. Prevent Bacterial Milk Rejection

Rough welds and unpolished interiors trap milk fats, leading to bacterial bloom. If a batch tests high for Somatic Cell Count (SCC) or bacteria at the processing plant, the entire load is rejected.

Our mirror-polished interiors and seamless TIG welds ensure zero hiding places for microbes, allowing for rapid, total sanitation and safeguarding your raw milk premium pricing.

Technical Frequently Asked Questions

Expert answers to help you plan your hardware procurement.

What is the difference between a Transport Can and a Milking Bucket?
Transport Cans are designed for logistics; they feature heavy-duty latches and a thick silicone seal to prevent spillage during truck transit. Milking Buckets are designed for use under the cow with a mobile milking machine; they typically have open or "mushroom" lids to connect to vacuum hoses and feature a wider base to prevent the cow from kicking them over.
Why do you specify SUS304 instead of 201 Stainless Steel?
We strictly use Food-Grade SUS304. Cheaper 201 series stainless steel has a lower nickel content, making it highly susceptible to rust and pitting when exposed to acidic milk and daily alkaline cleaning chemicals. SUS304 ensures your investment lasts 10+ years without contaminating the milk.
How should the cans be cleaned to maintain hygiene?
Because our interiors are mirror-polished to a roughness of Ra < 0.4µm and feature seamless TIG welding, cleaning is simple. Rinse with warm water, scrub gently with standard dairy detergents, and rinse again. The silicone gasket on the transport cans is completely removable for deep sanitation.
Do you support B2B wholesale and small-batch orders?
Yes, we supply both. However, because international shipping on empty volume (air) is inefficient, we strongly recommend ordering in pallet quantities (20+ units) or consolidating the cans inside a container alongside other equipment (like cooling tanks or milking machines) to drastically lower your landed cost per unit.
