Continuous High-Volume Processing.
Maximum Utility Energy Recovery.
Commercial-grade High-Temperature Short-Time (HTST) plate pasteurizer units engineered for commercial dairies and liquid beverage packaging lines. Process 500 to 3,000+ L/H continuously while recovering over 70% of thermal energy to significantly reduce operating utility costs.
Why Commercial Dairies Choose Plate HTST
Engineered for high-efficiency throughput, low energy consumption, and total health compliance.
Thermal Energy Recovery
Incoming cold raw product is pre-heated directly by outgoing pasteurized hot product inside the regeneration plates, drastically cutting boiler steam and ice water costs.
Continuous Flow Rate
Processes fluid milk and beverages continuously without batch waiting times, directly feeding automated filling lines or downstream storage silos.
Automatic Flow Diversion
Integrated pneumatic three-way diversion valve automatically redirects under-heated product back to the balance tank if holding temperature drops below specified setpoints.
Processing Scale Configurations
Select the frame size and utility interface that matches your factory output requirements.

Total Cost of Ownership (TCO) & Planning Guide
A continuous HTST plate unit is a major OpEx saver for commercial dairies. Evaluate utility integration before procurement.
1. How Heat Regeneration Reduces Utility Consumption
In a single-stage system, heating cold raw milk (4°C) up to pasteurization temperature (85°C) and chilling it back down requires 100% external boiler fuel and ice water chiller power.
In a NexAgri Plate HTST unit with >70% heat regeneration, hot milk leaving the holding tube passes directly counter-current to incoming cold raw milk across thin stainless steel plates. The hot milk pre-heats the cold milk to ~65°C for free while pre-cooling itself. You only pay for boiler steam to raise the temperature from 65°C to 85°C.
2. CIP Cleanability & Anti-Fouling Plate Maintenance
Milk proteins and minerals can scorch onto plate surfaces if flow velocity is insufficient or temperature control fluctuates. Burned milk deposits restrict flow channels and destroy heat exchanger efficiency.
NexAgri plates utilize high-turbulence corrugation patterns combined with automated CIP chemical dosing cycles (80-85°C caustic and acid washes) that scour internal surfaces clean without manual plate pack disassembly.
3. Food Health Inspection & Chart Recording Compliance
Government health inspectors require tamper-proof evidence that every liter of product maintained proper holding temperatures. NexAgri HTST systems integrate digital paperless chart recorders that continuously log holding tube temperature, flow rate, and diversion valve status, satisfying international export and commercial dairy compliance standards.
