Why Vacuum Stability Matters?

Vacuum fluctuation is a leading cause of teat end damage. Don't compromise.

Steady Pressure

Our pumps and servo regulators maintain constant kPa levels, even when milking units fall or during washing cycles.

Long-Life Vanes

Equipped with heat-resistant fiber or carbon vanes. Designed to run 24/7 in demanding commercial environments.

Energy Efficient

High volumetric efficiency means you get more air flow (L/min) per kilowatt of electricity used, reducing operating costs.

Low Noise

Integrated silencers reduce operating noise, creating a calmer milking environment for both cows and operators.

Common Questions

Answers about pump sizing and selection.

01 Oil vs. Dry Vacuum Pumps: Which is better?

Oil pumps generally last longer and run quieter, making them ideal for daily, heavy use. Dry pumps (graphite vanes) are maintenance-free regarding oil but are louder. For very cold climates, dry pumps are preferred as they don't have oil thickening issues.

02 How do I calculate the pump size I need?

A general rule is: (Number of Units x 120 L/min) + Reserve. For example, a 6-unit bucket system needs about 700-800 L/min to ensure washing capability. Contact us for an exact ISO calculation.

03 Why does my vacuum fluctuate?

Fluctuation usually means the pump is undersized, there is a leak in the pipeline, or the regulator is dirty/stuck. Check your sanitary trap gasket and clean the regulator first.
