How It Works

Why Separate Manure?

Raw slurry is a liability. Separated manure is an asset. Improve your farm's efficiency and profitability.

Free Bedding

Stop buying sawdust or sand. The separated solids (30-40% dry matter) are fluffy, odorless, and perfect for Recycled Manure Solids (RMS) bedding.

Volume Reduction

Reduce the volume of your waste lagoon by up to 20%. Removing solids prevents lagoon crusting and extends the life of your storage.

Easier Irrigation

Liquid without coarse solids flows easily through pumps and irrigation pipes without clogging, making field application faster and uniform.

Sell Organic Fertilizer

Separated solids are a high-value organic fertilizer base. They are easy to bag, transport, and sell to neighboring farms or gardeners.

Engineered Performance

Heavy-Duty Extrusion System

Built for continuous operation with pig, cow, chicken, or duck manure.

Screw Press Mechanism
Series HL: 380V / 5.5kW

CP Screw Type Separator

"Maximum Dewatering. Minimal Maintenance."

Our screw extrusion technology uses a progressively tightening screw shaft to squeeze liquid out of the manure against a precision stainless steel screen. Unlike simple filters, this applies physical pressure, achieving a much drier solid output (around 50% moisture content) suitable for immediate stacking.

Stainless Steel

Screw shaft and screen mesh made of 304 SS for corrosion resistance.

High Capacity

Process up to 15 cubic meters of slurry per hour (depending on model).

Versatile

Works on pig, cow, chicken manure, plus biogas residue & food waste.

Adjustable

Control the moisture level of output solids with the counter-weight system.

Common Questions about Separators

Expert answers for your waste management planning.

01 How dry is the output solid?

Typically, the solids reach 40-50% dry matter content. The exact dryness can be adjusted using the counter-weight mechanism on the discharge outlet. It is dry enough to pile without leaching liquid and is odorless.

02 Does the screen clog easily?

No. The screw drive continuously wipes the inside of the screen, preventing blockage. Additionally, the system includes a self-cleaning function. We recommend periodic flushing with water after use to maintain peak performance.

03 What maintenance is required?

Maintenance is minimal. Routine checks include lubricating the gearbox, inspecting the screen mesh for wear (usually replaced every 1-2 years depending on usage intensity), and cleaning the unit after operation.

04 Can it handle sand bedding manure?

Sand is abrasive and causes faster wear on standard screens. If you use sand bedding, please inform us so we can equip your unit with a specialized wear-resistant screw and screen designed for heavy-sand environments.
