Lock the entire row with a single handle turn. Ideal for efficient AI (insemination), pregnancy checks, and vaccinations.

Silent Operation

Equipped with rubber buffers on locking points. Eliminates the metal-on-metal clanging noise that stresses the herd.

Down-Cow Safety

Emergency bottom release allows you to safely release a cow if she slips or falls, preventing choking hazards.

Common Questions about Headlocks

Click on a question to view the answer.

01 Will the cows be afraid to enter the headlocks?

Not at all. Cows quickly associate the headlocks with fresh feed. Because our design uses silent rubber buffers, there is no loud "clanging" noise to scare them. Usually, after 2-3 days of adaptation, cows enter willingly.

02 What happens if a cow falls down while locked?

Safety is our priority. Every stall has an emergency bottom release mechanism. If a cow slips or goes down, you can release the locking arm from the bottom, allowing the cow to pull her head out while lying on the ground, preventing choking.

03 Can I install these on existing concrete curbs?

Yes. Our headlocks come with adjustable mounting legs and clamps. As long as you have a concrete feed wall (curb) or support posts (round or square), we can provide the correct fittings. We will ask for your curb dimensions before manufacturing.
