Weather Proofing

External stainless steel cladding (2mm) protects against rain, wind, and UV. The control panel and outlet are protected in a dedicated alcove.

100mm Super Insulation

Thicker than standard tanks. 100mm solid polyurethane layer ensures milk temperature rises less than 1.5°C in 24 hours, even in 40°C heat.

Safe Vertical Design

Equipped with safety cages, non-slip platforms, and guard rails for safe access to the top motor and vent. Total gravity draining prevents bacteria.

Miller Plate Cooling

Laser-welded honeycomb jacket covers the bottom and lower side walls, providing rapid heat exchange compatible with freon or glycol/ice water.

Unlike standard tanks, our Silos feature a stainless steel "Alcove" at the base. This recessed room protects sensitive components from rain, snow, and dust.

01 What kind of foundation do I need?

Because silos are heavy (up to 120 Tons when full) and tall (wind load), a reinforced concrete foundation is mandatory. We provide detailed engineering drawings for the base ring and anchor bolts upon order confirmation.

02 Will milk freeze in winter or spoil in summer?

No. The 100mm thick polyurethane insulation is designed for extremes. In summer (40°C), temperature rise is < 1.5°C over 24 hours. In winter, an optional electric heating band can be installed on the outlet valve to prevent freezing.

03 How is it shipped?

Small silos (up to 30T) can sometimes ship in Flat Rack containers. Large silos (50T-120T) are often shipped as bulk cargo or, in some cases, fabricated on-site depending on destination. Contact us for a logistics quote.

04 How is the tank cleaned (CIP)?

Every silo features an integrated CIP (Clean-In-Place) system with dual rotary spray balls and a dedicated washing line. This ensures complete 360° coverage of the inner liner, compatible with standard acid/alkaline cleaning cycles without manual entry.

05 Is it food-grade stainless steel?

Yes. We strictly use SUS304 Stainless Steel for all milk-contact surfaces to meet FDA and CE hygiene standards. The interior is polished to a mirror finish (Ra < 0.4μm) to prevent milk stone buildup and bacterial growth.
