Highest ROI for Small Farms
See Why It's Tougher

Engineered for Harsh Environments

The piston pump is the #1 choice when reliability outweighs complexity

Zero Vane Repairs

No graphite vanes to break or oil pumps to fail. The direct-stroke piston design provides consistent vacuum pressure with minimal moving parts.

Dust & Heat Proof

Unlike delicate rotary pumps, our Piston series is incredibly resilient to dust and high temperatures. Ideal for outdoor barns and tropical climates.

Lowest Spare Part Cost

Save up to 40% on long-term maintenance. Simple leather seals and gaskets are the only wear parts you'll ever need to stock.

Budget Friendly

High performance doesn't have to be expensive. The Piston series is our most competitive export product for traders and large projects.

Questions from Small Farm Owners

Why the Piston Type might be your best choice.

01 Vacuum Pump vs. Piston Pump: Which is better for me?

If you have 1-15 cows and want the lowest cost and simplest maintenance, the Piston Pump is better. Vacuum pumps are quieter but more expensive and require vane replacements. For most small family farms, the Piston type offers the best ROI.

02 What regular maintenance does a piston machine need?

Almost zero. You only need to keep the piston cylinder clean and occasionally apply a tiny bit of lubricant (included in our kit). No specialized tools are required for repairs, making it perfect for remote locations.

03 Is the piston machine too loud for the cows?

While piston pumps have a distinct rhythmic sound compared to the hum of vacuum pumps, cows adapt to it very quickly. The steady rhythm can actually be soothing. As long as the machine is introduced calmly, it will not affect milk yield.

04 Does it work well in freezing temperatures?

Yes, the Piston Pump is actually superior for cold climates. Since it operates without vacuum pump oil (which can thicken in the cold), it starts reliably even in winter conditions without needing to warm up.

05 What if my farm has unstable electricity?

We offer dual-power options. While the standard unit runs on single-phase electric motors, we can also equip them with gasoline engines. This is ideal for remote pastures or areas with frequent power outages.

06 Are spare parts easy to find?

The piston mechanism is incredibly simple with very few moving parts. We provide a comprehensive spare parts kit (including liners, tubes, and seals) with every machine, ensuring you can perform basic replacements yourself without waiting for a technician.
